Wonderful story, Elizabeth. Tom Doyle has written a book titled Dreams and Visions: Is Jesus Awakening the Muslim World that is filled with stories of Jesus appearing to Muslims. I've read it and heard him speak - he has some amazing stories to tell about what God is doing among Muslims. It's worth reading.
