Daniel 9:25. Does anyone what this means. Not the weeks part but what will be built in times of distress. The Plaza and a moat is from the NAS and the streets and a trench from the NIV.

Yep.
This is the rebuilding of Jerusalem after the exile, overseen by Nehemiah.
The phrasing here is important, "the street shall be built again, even the wall...", because these are the two phases in which building occurred. The fulfillment was exact.
