Modern Day Israel Has Forgotten Her Creator
Tel Aviv is proud to be the gay capital of the world
“All that pass by clap their hands at thee; they hiss and wag their head at the daughter of Jerusalem, saying, Is this the city that men call The perfection of beauty, The joy of the whole earth?” Lamentations 2:15
The bible tells us that the Jewish people are God’s chosen, and that Jerusalem is the apple of His eye. This is certainly true. The bible also tells us in Genesis 12:3, that there will be a blessing for those who bless Israel, and a curse for those who curse her. Certainly people like to focus on the positive things, in this or any other generation. But the bible also says that God will not forever allow His people who are called by His Name to be in rebellion.
When Israel was overrun by the Romans in 70 AD, it scattered the Jewish people to every corner of the globe as the prophets of the Old Testament had said would happen. When it did, it ushered in the “times of the Gentiles”, which continues to this day. The Jews rejected God’s salvation, so salvation went to the gentiles with the preaching of Jesus Christ, the Messiah. We call this period of time the Church Age. But God has not, the bible declares, cast off His people which He foreknew.
On May 14, 1948, the God of Abraham re-established His chosen people right back in the land He originally led them to, Israel. He used the “furnace of affliction” of the Holocaust to do it, though. Being regathered came at a pretty steep price. And that brings me to the focus of this article. God will not allow what is happening now in His Land to continue. Judgement must come, and it will come.

I read that the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv is raising the pride flag next to our American flag in honor of Israel's LGBT week celebration.

Oh, that's just GREAT! (not). I didn't see that. That's all we need.

What a good article Morningstar in that it was very informative for me. I never knew it was so bad in Tel Aviv but did know that God would not stand for this especially in Israel. Woe is them....

God did say, he would bring them back to the land in unbelief, they are so secular in their ways in Israel and because they are "The apple of God's Eye", it's much worse for them because of that. Just take a look at their history and how God dealt with them whenever they went astray..not good. Now I can see why the Psalm 83, Isaiah 17 and Ezekiel Wars are to happen, they are going to need a great shaking to bring them back to God.

Yeah, I remember watching things about Israel when I first started studying bible prophecy. I used to think they were so 'holy' but still knowing they have not accepted Jesus as the true Messiah and are blinded in part. I was sort of shocked to see some of the cultural aspects of their society and I thought, "Wow, they're just as secular as we are."

I posed a general question to our tour guide when I visited Israel in 1994, asking his guess about the proportion of Israelis who took God seriously. He ventured that maybe one in twenty. I figured, well maybe although surprisingly low, that could be about the same ratio as back home for Christians...
