Christ's Supper to be Saved?
John 6:54 Then Jesus said to them: Amen, amen I say unto you: Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you shall not have life in you.
Why do you believe that people who refuse to eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, have no life in them?
Why do these people refuse the Son of man when the eternal consequences are son terrible?
How should we go about converting them into eating the flesh of the Son of man, and drinking his blood, so they have life in them?
Matthew 26:26-30 [26] And whilst they were at supper, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and broke: and gave to his disciples, and said: Take ye, and eat. This is my body. [27] And taking the chalice, he gave thanks, and gave to them, saying: Drink ye all of this. [28] For this is my blood of the new testament, which shall be shed for many unto remission of sins. [29] And I say to you, I will not drink from henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I shall drink it with you new in the kingdom of my Father. [30] And a hymn being said, they went out unto mount Olivet.

The short answer:
We don't. At least, not in the sense you're inferring. ...of course, this isn't to say that Jesus was wrong - but that what Jesus was speaking of wasn't mere elements on the table, but the literal flesh and blood of Christ. This is why Scripture says:
Therefore, we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection; knowing this: that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin..."
Romans 6:4-6
...and also:
"We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Christ might be revealed in our body."
- 2 Corinthians 4:10.
So, as you can see, it isn't about literally drinking blood, or eating flesh - nor even about the elements of the supper Jesus had with His disciples. It's about what they ultimately represent - the death and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Without accepting the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, without the body and blood of the Only Begotten of the Father, there is no remission of sins, and no forgiveness.
