I read on Rapture Ready that the solar eclipse will be visible in Australia. If so and you see it, Benjamin, let us know what you think...
G'Day to you, sir.

Unfortunately, no - we had heavy cloud and rain here at the time of the eclipse, so I didn't see anything at all.

Blessed are they who have not seen and yet believe... ;-)

Good verse and very fitting, SG. That always happens where I live too. Last blood moon was like that. Couldn't see a thing because it was very cloudy and raining. If we didn't know through the media and internet that there was going to be one, we wouldn't have known anyway. I just wanted to see it.

I saw the blood moon, and watched it the entire process for a couple of hours. It was amazing. I'm still not sold on the prophetic value of the event, but that's another issue entirely. What amazes me is the incredible precision with which eclipses occur. The distance from the earth to the moon, and from the moon to the sun, is exactly what would be required to create these events the way they are. ...out by even a few percentage points, the distances would make the eclipses far less spectacular and effective. It's amazing - and not coincidental!

I'm not pinning my hopes on signs in the heavens, but I'll admit strong encouragement, Benjamin. I don't believe He will be limited to falling into line with what general signs He has chosen in His mercy and love to reveal to us, for example certain blood moon tetrads, but since I have trouble wanting to wait any longer, these unusual (and indeed high-precision!) events are significant items to help me patiently endure. For me it's kinda' like a stream of little yippees, eventually leading up to our great big Y I P P E E ! ! !

Must be moon shadows, Jim. You can just hear them saying: Ooooohh!!! Ahhhhh!!! Wow!!! That seems to have a certain ring.
Would you guess this photo was taken in Australia? It's not Antarctica.

No, Shiloh. Benjamin testified above that it was raining at his place. None of these people have a raincoat on.
By the way, do you find it difficult while looking at Jim's photo not to "covet thy neighbor's eclipse-watching glasses?"
