The Pope is working to combine all religions into one
“And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.” Revelation 17:6
Pope Francis is a man on a mission to fulfill bible prophecy, and he is getting more done than any other Pope in the last 100 years. Pope Francis is here to make some serious and drastic changes not only in the Catholic Vatican system, in the professing Christianity as well. He is creating the One World Religion.
The bible, in Revelation 17 and 18, talks about a harlot church that rules the spiritual world. She is wealthy beyond description, and all the kings and mighty men of the earth want to be in a spiritual bed with her. The bible says that she is a city that “sitteth on seven hills”, and is “drunk with the blood of the saints”. This can only be one system, one place, one church – the Roman Catholic Church whose Vatican headquarters sits on the famed Seven Hills in Rome.
Pope Francis’s call for unity goes beyond the Christian community. During his recent visit to the Middle East, Francis invited Israeli Jewish and Muslim leaders to join him in prayer for peace for their region at the Vatican this Sunday. Israel’s Chief of State Shimon Peres and Palestinian President Abu Mazen will be joined by a delegation of rabbis, Islamic imams, and Israeli Druze community leaders, according to news reports.
This week, not only did Pope Francis hold ecumenical services in the Vatican where he prayed to the moon god of Islam, Allah, he also held high level meetings with megachurch pastor Joel Osteen and US Senator Mike Lee who was there to represent the Mormon church. The actors have taken the stage, with more still arriving, in the unfolding of what will one day soon be the wildest bible prophecy ever told – the Great Tribulation.
Joel Osteen was enthralled with the fact that Pope Francis is so inclusive:
““I like the fact that this pope is trying to make the church larger, not smaller. He’s not pushing people out but making the church more inclusive. That resonated with me,” Osteen told the Houston Chronicle.

The writings on the wall with this Pope, the fact that he has reached out exclusively to Evangelical's like Kenneth Copeland, Joel Osteen, Rick Warren and others that seem to be jumping on the ecumenical bandwagon tells me a lot as to where they stand in their beliefs or better yet non-belief in God. As far as I'm concerned the evidence in mounting as to who I think this Pope may be.

The fact is none of these religions blend together. I have been thinking off and on this morning about what religion will look like when it is a one world religion. I have come to the conclusion that it may be more business than religion. Seriously, what would someone preach about to an audience that will be made up of these vastly different faiths. For example: God wants us to love others as he has loved us (Christians) and then Muslims: You can beat your wife for any reason, it keeps them in line.
Truly Christians should not be a part of this anyway but what do they do, take turns with one week talking values and how to pray to God without ceasing and the next week talking about Allah and death to America and Israel?

I only now realised where Morningstar is coming from. It's baffling that these people support the idea of interfaith stuff. I think things are becoming more about what people's ideals are rather than the Truth. Rieom, they're taking it upon themselves to devise something to live by, peace where none is found, and unity based on lies.

MS: I have been thinking the same thing but the question is could he be head of the one world religion and the FP at the same time? I would think he would have to chose one or the other.
BJ: Definitely all lies. Jesus told us there would be a lot of deception in the end times and we are certainly witnessing that on so many levels.

rieom, I believe they are one of the same person, if the FP is going to cause all people to worship the Beast and to receive the mark, what a better position to have than being a Global Spiritual leader. Hal Lindsey once said, "We may not know who the AC will be, because scripture says we will not, but we just may have a pretty good idea as to who the FP will be" and I go along with that thought.

Thanks MS, I was not sure if it could be one and the same. If the "new" spiritual leader of the world says to get the mark, people would probably listen and obey without questioning anything. The current pope is certainly laying the groundwork.

I think there is one group of people that will not conform to this one world religion. They are large enough in numbers to cause the one world religion to be a world with two religions. They are those born again Christians. To keep this group from causing trouble, I think they should be taken out of the way. Maybe, possibly, how about getting rid of those pest in something like, I know, how about a rapture!
