I repeat, this is only a test. Had this been an actual emergency your local broadcasting company would be notified...blah, blah, blah...

LOL, well that one worked but I didn't put the url in the brackets in front and the /url in back in brackets.. I just copied the link on the top. You can do it the other way too?

yes. And for images, you can use Any of those codes (BBCodes, they're called) should work on here - and I've got a plugin set up so that most url's and images etc. should automatically process and embed the way you'd expect them to, even if you don't put the codes in. You're not the only one testing today - what do you think of the image at the top?

I love the picture. That's certainly where we're looking, isn't it? Morningstar! That cartoon picture says it all! I've never seen that one before.

no, I haven't seen that one before either... I like it too.
...and yes, I was referring to the one at the top with clouds. I'm not sure how much I love it, but that's the direction I want that banner to go in.

Yep. I love kangaroos. They're pretty fantastic. I have a photo somewhere of my eldest daughter lying down on a huge one... when she was about 2.

Oh, how cute! I would love to see that! I think kangas are so cute! Oh, and I just love koala bears. Those and elephants are my favorites for some reason. I read they they are getting diseases though. How sad. They are so sweet.

LOL...remember this song? My parents had this on their album (back when there were albums) and I still know this song by heart. My daughter can't handle the Australian accent because she so loved Steve Irwin. To be honest with you, I think she's still not over it 'til this day. But I told her that they were Chrsitian and he's in heaven enjoying all the wildlife and probably more creatures that we don't even know of.....after he was able to get off of his face from praising our Lord. Do you think the Lord will have to touch us and strengthen us to be able to move? Or will be able to praise Him in a way that we'll still be on our faces yet able to get up? Just something to ponder.
Anyway, have you ever played this for your daughter?

I have two daughters, and I can honestly say that I've actively AVOIDED playing that particular song for them See, there's Australians like Steve Irwin or Rolf Harris (who really don't reflect what we're actually like in any way, shape or form), and then there's the rest of us... who like kangaroos, but aren't about to start singing about them.

You know what I just realized? I can very easily understand why you never played that song for your daughters. I always knew the words when I was a kid but never realized it was about killing and skinning a kangaroo! I just watched the whole thing. That's an AWFUL song!
