Well. since not everyone responded, I'll tell you what it means.
If you focused on the middle vase first, that means you are able to focus on the immediate task that needs to be done.
If you focused right on the women talking. that means you are able to see the 'big picture'.
I focused on the women talking immediately. My question is, what if you can do both in real life? .

I think we do concentrate on the task at hand but still have the big picture of how the day will progress.
