LOL! That's sort of like how a lot of hospitals skip the room number 666 and just go from 665 to 667. That's so funny!

Buildings in Japan don't have a 4th floor... because the kanji (the character) for "four" is very similar to the kanji for "death".

Well, people tend to throw logic out the window when it comes to the Antichrist, I wouldn't want that accusation hanging over my head...
(Seriously, there's a guy on BeforeItsNews.com who swears up and down that Obama is the Antichrist because the Illinois lottery had 6 and 66 on the day of his inauguration.)

666 posts?
I say confirmation.
Lol, not really. This thread scared me, though. I saw the title and was like "is there some kind of trouble?"

Well, Benjamin, your very next post, which will now be 678, is twelve more than 666. I read that Twelve is the number of what is completed, which forms a whole, a perfect and harmonious unit. In the ancient civilizations, like Oriental and Judaic, it corresponds to the plenitude, the completion and the integrality of a thing.
So, really make that next post the best one you ever did, and then post no longer... A rapturous swan song! Just think of it!
I know, it would be really tough discipline for a moderator. :-)

Elizabeth was asking about you in the chat just a couple of days ago. Good to see you're still with us, though. Thanks for letting us know!

Aw, thanks, Bro. You too, Liz. I hope in the next few weeks we won't have to use the internet any more to converse...

So THAT'S what you've been up to! I agree. I'm also hoping we don't have to use the internet to communicate sooooooooooon. Praying your move goes well and you can get back soon.....after you're done being exhausted.

Thanks, Liz and Shiloh. I hate moving and I hate painting, and am blessed most of my kids are willing to help Mom and me with the transition - so my distaste for both moving and painting has been moderated a lot. My kids have been fantastic troopers. And lots of the grandchildren, back into whose neighborhood we are returning, are also willing and able to help. Nana, (what the grandchildren call my bride), inherits the nearness of 12 of our 13 grandchildren, within walking distance, full time again starting this Saturday. We're grateful and blessed! Moving back into the house all our kids were raised in... It has been 10 1/2 years of renting the place out, but despite some tattering and mild neglect, the tenants left it standing. What a homecoming! My fantasy is to be raptured right in the middle of a family get-together. This move should increase the odds of that.

SG, that truly IS a blessing to have all that help and within walking distance from them too! I think that is so precious how they call your "bride" Nana and how you call her your bride. Soon, you all won't have to do any work because our heavenly dwellings will not gather moths, nor rust, not black mold, lol....we won't have to keep up with all that stuff.

Soon, you all won't have to do any work... we won't have to keep up with all that stuff. You know, Shiloh, I may be a kind of oddball, and we've discussed that possibility among some friends here on RF in the last few months, but not having to do any work feels kind of depressing. What if we like work? After all, Solomon in Ecclesiastes said that under the sun, enjoying a person's work is one of the most rewarding activities we can expect in this life if we are so blessed, despite the fact that it's all still meaningless. I hope if we want to, that we will remain free to work our tails off. Again, as Solomon says, "whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might." I suspect we'll also be capable of resting with all our might too. Maybe the Lord will let anyone so moved or inclined become a vital part of the Kingdom Beautification Corps -- enjoying endless challenges of modifying heavenly perfection, while continually maintaining it. Liz, that was a close call, wasn't it? You and Benjamin! Hmmm... Two people with 666 so close together! A little superstitious. maybe? Naw, we just hate being even accidentally or incidentally associated with evil. Right?

Dan, I hope we will be able to be busy doing something. I think that will be the case. And seriously, I'm not superstitious, I was rather joking about the 666 thing. I thought while we had a thread on that topic, and that was my situation, I would post.

Just kiddin' ya' Liz. Anyway, being in the same category with our brother Benjamin, we're undoubtedly in good company. You know, Liz, as we are learning more and more about the deep evil spirit world these days, particularly as compared with our taught / learned material and scientific "certainties" that led us to scoff at superstitious activities and concerns of certain people or groups, I conclude such people may have been more aware of evil than I ever even knew about -- thank God. I am grateful that as I have asked Him thousands of times throughout my life to deliver us from evil, that He did indeed deliver us from evil, while I remained blissfully unaware of these instances... What a mighty and loving God we serve!

SG, I fully agree with that. We will have "jobs" but they will be joyfully done and fulfill the Lord's purposes. We will administer during the Millennieum for the Lord and throughout eternity. That WOULD be terribly boring and more like hell than being able to use the gifts He has given us. I don't see why He would bestow us with gifts on earth only to have them be wasted in eternity. I get so frustrated when people think we'll be laying around on clouds for eternity. If there is anything that can describe the defintition of boring, it would be that! It will be far from boring. I just have to think beyond my "I sure could sleep for a really long time" phase. For now, we are limited in our human bodies and from living in a fallen world. For the past 2 months, this has been me and I'm sure many others can relate:

I'm positive we will have something to occupy us. For the first time, we'll have really good minds, and we won't be tired, so I'm looking forward to being busy in heaven.
Shiloh, is that kitty one of yours? They certainly get your point across.

No. That's not one of mine, Liz. I think we all can relate to that though, huh? I'm really looking forward to having energy again as everyone else...lol...I keep taking vitamins and eating healthy but nothing's working. My son keeps telling me, "Mom, you don't need to lose weight at all! You just need to tone." and I say, "Yeah, I'll do that in the next life in heaven."...when I have energy.
