North Korea steps up missile launchesNorth Korea has test fired dozens of short-range rockets in the past 24 hours, the South's military says, in an apparent show of anger with Seoul. Analysts say the launches are Pyongyang's way of protesting against joint military drills between the US and South Korea. I had read this and wondered if there would be a US response to this. Perhaps some sanctions...

Rieom, the article said when America and S. Korea have joint military exercises, N. Korea typically does this, so I don't think anyone is surprised. Apparently they had more missiles this year however. The U.S. has referred this matter to the U.N. for their response.
