My son played this and other pieces by Joel Chernoff back in about 1977, and we are both still playing a number of albums by Lamb. Joel's parents started the first Messianic Congregation in the US. This was already a favorite of mine, and today is special, 6 December 2017. In 1948, soon after Israel became a nation I was told about it, then in 1967 we saw Jerusalem regained, and now today, our nation has finally acknowledged Jerusalem is capital of Israel.

I really enjoyed this. I've always loved Messianic songs, especially when they sing in Hebrew and repeat in English, the words are so beautiful about God's love for His people. Thanks for posting this.

Thanks for posting this. I nearly missed this. I'm so glad that you liked it. Joel Chernoff seems to be putting up many dozens of his recordings on YouTube, just in past month it appears. I didn't see advs and could play 70 of his pieces continuously. I hope I've put up a link. I too especially like it when we have the words in Hebrew and the repeat in English. Back in 1970s my son and I went to Hillel House to Hebrew class, me briefly, and he continued, then later his graduate studies were in Hebrew Bible, and he ended up with a one year scholarship to Hebrew University in Jerusalem. It was just as the Ethiopian Jews were arriving at the airport that he arrived there. He loves languages and has Bibles in several. I know the Hebrew characters (with a quick brushup that is) and enjoy sounding out the words sometimes.
