This is yet another article that mocks God and yes I would say with a name like Friedman, he is Jewish. The change in his attitude from HS to now makes me wonder if he had a life changing event the type of which eithers draws you closer to God or further away. The thought of how many people might believe him makes my stomach churn.

You just made me think of Pharoah, Rieom. Is it a hardening of ones heart? What a terrifying thing to harden your heart to the Lord, isn't it? God hardened Pharoah's heart even further. I agree. It DOES make your stomach churn.

Tom Friedman is a journalist highly respected by the world. I think he won a Pulitzer for his reporting. He has gravitas, and people pay attention to what he says. What a terrible article this is, it's just so sad.

Yes, and as I recall, didn't O win the Nobel Peace Prize? Ahem, cough, choke, gag...

Obama winning the Nobel Peace Prize just mystified me, there was absolutely no reason for that at all. I think awards given by human beings mean nothing.

You hit the nail on the head Elizabeth. When men give other awards to other men, it means nothing and often makes no sense. Men and women can be corrupted and therefore, it negates any award they give. So, I totally agree with you Elizabeth.
