I'm unclear from the article as to who the terrorists are. Are they the Pro-Russian Separatists or the invading Russians themselves? However, I'm as speechless as you are, John. There are no words.

I'm not sure, Shiloh. I'll see if I can try to understand all that's going on there, but everytime I do I get a little confused. Lol

Well, let's go get our lysteria laced ice cream and Monsanto Mozerella cheese sticks and maybe we can figure this out. No lifting dumbbells or working out for me tonight! This has to be solved.

I'm looking at Wikipedia's generalised info on it here (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_Ukrainian_revolution), and what I gather is that Ukraine's former president messed up by making a deal with Russia to try to solve Ukraine's poor economic situation, and the people revolted because apparently they didn't like it. That president fled the country, and Russia didn't appreciate that revolution, and so came in on its own into the conflict. And now apparently there is conflict between those that oppose Russia's involvement, and Russia and those that support Russia. Those that tortured those men to death were pro-Russian militants, according to the article I shared here, which I presume to mean that they are Ukrainian supporters of Russia.
Or at least that's what I understood. If I misunderstood something, then maybe someone else who has been keeping up with the whole thing can clear it up.

Okay. That's what I thought but wasn't sure about.....and then the U.S. has some kind of pact with the Ukraine to protect them.

Lol, the US is involved in everything, but it apparently never does anything... I could be wrong, though.
