I want to post this again as an encouragement in January 2021, to help us to wait upon the Lord in the blessed hope, right through these dark times.
A vision in Nov 2016 and the followup

"I have a brief story about last election day [the 2016 election].
I'd gone to bed Nov. 8 not knowing the outcome.
Next morning I woke up quickly, [in the dark] about to go check the television to see what had happened. By the time my feet hit the floor, I realized that I had seen a vision in the dark, close to me by my bed. It was of two black dogs, thick, with tiny eyes, no teeth showing, and they were restrained by two silver chains. They moved forward and dissolved, and then I saw two big black clouds moving forward behind them, and those came forward, and then two more black clouds. I went on to the tv and checked and saw that Clinton had been defeated, and realized that day that the two black dogs were Clinton and Kane, and that the Lord had restrained them, and was so thankful...."
Now there has been a followup:
Today [April 19, 2020]I imagined I was watching the horizon on a dark day and seeing the master in the distance with the dawn on the horizon behind him, coming forward, walking and so welcome!
A beautiful scene, a lively scene, coming closer, yellow and white dawn on the edge, surrounded by the darkness. Most beautiful. I was so filled with joy, filled with hope. I knew the small scene in my imagination will grow.
The picture was of the parable of the master that Jesus told. The clothing of the Master was of dark blue over a creamy garment, the creamy bright light around and behind him was stretching in a small area across the dark sky and earth. I also knew it will change into the reality of His coming, in the dark, and the brightness shall grow. I am satisfied, knowing He is coming for us.
I am lifting us all up in hope, expecting God's purifying and staying power in our lives. I will hope for us all His hand of grace in our lives to prepare us. Be joyful in Him, He is coming.
I realized that this is the follow up of the 4 black clouds. The clouds do indeed cover the sky. All is black but the horizon behind the Master and around Him, and it is bright and is my focus. He is coming toward us, those who are waiting on Him.
